missingWrote a review on 22 Novcentral locationfrustrating check-inindifferent staff
Central location made exploring Brussels convenient.
The check-in process was frustrating and confusing. I was charged extra to allow a family member into my room. The staff seemed indifferent and did not provide any help when asked about the policies.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel met requirements. Perfectly fine old-fashioned property with decent value, we had a great stay. Butter and jam were a nice touch. The location was MAGNIFICENT and particularly good, right by a metro stop, the city center and the Grand Place.

Brand-new and big room, fairly clean hotel in general.
Such great stay, as always. Perfectly fine place, exceptionally comfortable beds, helpful staff. Lots of food for breakfast including butter and jam. Central heating, a work desk and television in the room, magnificent location. Location adjacent to a diner/ Kebap shop as well as the '' restaurant ''. Also, near the main shopping area.

The central location was a huge win for me! 😊 The shower was surprisingly nice, but the toilet door was broken, which made it awkward. wouldn't choose this place again, but it did the job for one night.

Central location with quirky charm
The hotel had a surprisingly functional shower and good WiFi. Its central location provided easy access to transport links, a huge plus.
The hotel itself felt a bit outdated, and the stair access to my room was quite a workout. I did notice some wear and tear that could be improved.

I was almost going to write a glowing review, but i couldn't ignore the filthy room and the uncomfortable bed. As a guest deserving special treatment, i expected at least one little gesture, like a complimentary upgrade! Missed opportunities abound at this so-called 'royal' hotel. What a disappointment!

We enjoyed visiting the Museum of Musical Instruments nearby, a fun outing for our family. The kids loved it!
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for families.

Great location for exploring
The place was pretty decent for a quick stay. Super close to the main pedestrian street, made exploring easy! I enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant-real tasty! Just wish the room had better lighting. It was a bit dark. It worked for what I needed.

This was just a suitable option for a weekend in Brussels with best value. The bathroom had decent cleanliness overall, a nice surprise. If you're not concerned about luxury, it can serve your needs just fine.
